We offer shipping to nearly all countries around the world. All orders will be shipped out the next working day. Any orders made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, excluding all US postal holidays.

Returns

If within 190 days of use, you are unhappy and would like a refund, here's exactly what to do:

  • Contact the FortiWhole™ Support Team by emailing support@fortiwhole.com on your intention to request a refund.
  • Return the bottle(s), the FortiWhole™ invoice that you received, your email, and the order number you have been provided to the mailing address below:

  • All returns need to be shipped via USPS. You must pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes.
  • We will refund your entire order, excluding shipping costs (if any), when we receive your bottle(s). We accept and process returns Monday - Friday.

These guidelines were created to keep you satisfied, while at the same time ensuring we can continue to provide a quality product to other happy customers for years to come. Failure to include all the bottles purchased be they empty, full or partially full (including any "bonus", "free" or "gifted" bottles), or failure to clearly write your order details as specified above so that a member of our fulfillment center staff can clearly read and allocate your return will both result in our inability to refund you.
